After we have your website specifications and understand your goals, we will be able to provide a proposal and project scope so that we can engage in a working relationship. Depending on the project, scopes of work will very in format and length. Below is an outline for a standard proposal and scope.

Target Audience:
The target demographic for the website is (demographic of current customers). The website will reach more interested buyers in this demographic by conducting keyword research. (Initial keywords will be provided by Client, and Swift Media will expand on this list using the Google keyword tool)

A Style Tile is a basic mockup of design elements, content and layout of the site. This diagram serves to provide a visual layout of what the website will look like, and is created so that the client and designer can discuss basic design elements before the developer begins coding the site.
Future Proofing:
A website mockup is an image that depicts what the final site should look like in a web browser once it is coded. Mock-ups are created for completely custom sites, or heavily modified themes. A Mock-up will not be created if a template or theme is used for the site.

Fill With Content:
Loading all of the content provided by the client.
Test and Verify Site Functionality:
- Systematic link testing, page testing

Site Launch
Migrate site to live server
Migrate site from Swift Media development server to the live server. Take down existing website (if applicable). Final cross browser check
